In the past Five days...
I have slept for a total of 10 hours.
That’s…bad…I think.
My sleep schedule the past few weeks.
Stay up until 6am.
Then either nap for 30 minutes, or stay up and do whatever.
Nap for 1-3 hours during the day or whenever I get the chance.
Rinse, Wash, Repeat.
Surprisingly, I’ve been more awake these past few weeks than I have been on days where I actually get a reasonable amount of sleep. but then again, reasonable for me is like 4-5 hours.
I need to fix my sleep schedule…
